Per la Cantina Tenuta Cocci Grifoni la Passerina DOCG è una delle novità 2023. Le abbiamo dato un nome – Notturna – e una forma – tonda. Sottopelle passa la lavorazione della carta sulla quale come ricamati in debossing si sentono foglie di agrumi. Una delle sensazioni evocate dal vino.
